If you used MEXC during the affected period (26 August to 27 September):
Deposits are back in the wallet you sent them from
Withdrawals to other exchanges and services have been sent again to the same addresses
Withdrawals to personal wallets have been credited back to your MEXC account, so you can withdraw them againIf anything does not match your records, contact us through the support form on our website (link below). Before sending funds, make sure your wallet is on the latest version.
