    Hi,

I was using the Zano native wallet to store funds, but during the rollback downtime I found Freedom Wallet and figured I'd try it out just to keep myself occupied 😊

In the native wallet I have three addresses.

So, I populated the wallet addresses using the seed for each in freedom wallet, and sent some funds from my Zano#1of3 address to my Zano#2of3 address therein.

    This was on Sept 28th.

Now I've just opened Freedom Wallet and it says the transaction is "pending" and shows the balance at the full amount ie: its as if the funds haven't gone out or been processed?

However, if I open that same wallet address in the native Zano wallet there's no sign at all of the transaction or funds?

The Tx I.D isn't showing up on the explorer either.

Also, because (as said) the balance for address 2 appears untouched in Freedom Wallet I tried sending again, but it's as of it won't let me because nothing happens after pressing send?

    I'm a bit flummoxed 😔

EDIT: I can only suppose the funds in this wallet were somehow related to the rollback? But if that's the case, how come they were visible in the wallet on the 28th, after the move to the new fork? 🤔

it may of been as freedom dollar had not shifted to the new chain at that time
so your send never confirmed there, that’s why the native wallet and explorer show nothing, the “pending” is just Freedom’s stale local record
try to update the app first, then restore from seed once more, rebuilding against the recovered chain clears the stuck pending if your still having issues create a ticket at https://zano.org/support

@ZANO69 Freedom Wallet is a third-party wallet, so it moves to the recovered chain on its own side. That would explain why it still shows the transfer as pending. Check Freedom Wallet’s official channels to see whether they’ve confirmed the update before you use it to send anything.
