I hold 25,868 ZANO on DigiFinex. Withdrawals have been disabled for months.

On 20 August their support said the case was escalated. On 24 August they closed it: "direct withdrawals, deposits, and USDT conversions for ZARO are completely unavailable. The only option is to use the active trading pair to swap for USDT based on current market prices."

No ticket reference, no name, and they misspelled the ticker. So the only exit is selling into their own order book, whose depth has dropped roughly 60 percent since withdrawals were disabled. That is not an exit, that is a haircut.

Is anyone else still holding ZANO on DigiFinex, and has anyone got coins out by any route in the last six months?

Does the Zano team have a working contact there, or a position on whether this listing should still be presented as active when the asset cannot leave the exchange?

Happy to share the full email thread privately.

Zano's official website has removed Digifinex from its CEX list. Does this mean Digifinex will soon be removed from Zano's product listings?

@raphyduck If this is only affecting ZANO, that points to a wallet or compliance issue with DigiFinex. Any official update?

I feel this is a scam from the CEX and Zano are meant to make sure they return withdrawal or atleast alert users to withdraw assets hours before they restrict withdrawal
