from what ive read so far its possible with the Zano Execution Layer as it gives the ecosystem the programmability a perp engine needs, but not with native Zano,
ZEL is on transparent chain, so perps on ZEL would hide who you are, but not what your positions are so its kinda close to what god wanted but who nos perhaps things may change in regards to native Zano
