Is zanobay.com a legit website?

I may have just been scammed by this but finding it difficult to discuss it anywhere. Zanobay.com doesn't provide a support link or offer specifics on a transaction, such as the peer or other party providing the gift card. I have an order #, transfer showed complete but I got no email to tell me how to obtain the gift code.

I should know better. I have used trucador in the past but every time I had to report an issue before the gift card was issued, plus it wasn't the easiest / smoothest process to use so I searched for alternatives and zanobay (which I thought was zanopay, as in cake wallet's "cakepay".

Usually I send a small about first but I didn't in this case and it may have cost me 1.3 grand.

ZanoBay.com itself is legit, but that doesn't mean all the sellers on the website are.

Zano Bay is mentioned online as a marketplace, but it is not listed on the official Zano site. I would verify with the Zano team before buying anything.
In fact, it is best to do proper research and confirm with the Zano team before interacting.

It's listed on the official website under the Projects section. However, that's not an endorsement. ZanoBay is a P2P marketplace, so always do your own due diligence on any seller.

Yeah, it’s a real P2P marketplace built around Zano and it’s been discussed within the Zano community. It’s also listed as part of the Zano ecosystem. That said, I wouldn’t take that as a guarantee for every seller or transaction on the platform.
